Hopkins Homes, one of the UK’s largest independent builders of bespoke, traditional homes has signed a new five-year agreement with Appello. The contract provides residents with professional out of hours building and facilities support services, with the level of support services to increase in line with Hopkins Homes’ growth.
Currently supporting over 170,000 service users across the UK, Appello will provide out of hours’ services between the hours of 5pm and 9am to Hopkins Homes. Emergencies such as power loss, weather and environmental damage, blocked sewers, lift monitoring, securing the property, flooding – including major plumbing faults and electrical and heating faults, will all be managed by Appello.
Appello is the largest provider of emergency call response services in the UK, responding to more than 5 million calls annually, from managing medical emergencies and providing reassurance, through to the remote support of building facilities and the delivery of service continuation during out of hours.
