Cancellation and Returns

We want you to be happy with what you purchase from us. But if you change your mind, you have the right to cancel your contract with us within 14 days of receiving your purchased goods without giving any reason.


The cancellation period will expire after 14 days from the day upon which the goods are delivered to you or from the date you order the service. To cancel during this time, you must tell us of your decision by giving us a clear statement of your intention.You can do this by sending us a letter by email, or by post or fax to the contact details below.You may use the model cancellation form below but it is not obligatory.

To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right to cancel before the cancellation period has expired.

Effects of cancellation:

We shall reimburse any sums paid by you, although we may make a deduction from the reimbursement for loss in value of any goods supplied, if the loss is the result of unnecessary handling by you.

If you cancel an order after delivery of the relevant Goods, you must send the goods back to us at your own cost and expense. We estimate this cost to be approximately £10 or less. You must take reasonable care of the Goods. You remain liable for the goods, including for their accidental loss or destruction, until delivery of the Goods back to us. We recommend that you keep your proof of posting.

We will make the reimbursement without undue delay, and not later than –

(a) 14 days after the day we receive back from you any goods supplied, or

(b) (if earlier) 14 days after the day you provide evidence that you have returned the goods, or

(c) if there were no goods supplied, 14 days after the day on which we are informed about your decision to cancel this contract. We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement
